With the variety of cruises we offer, we probably have something for everyone on your Gift List– from live music events perfect for a night out to Kids Cruises and narrated excursions for the serious history lover in your life. 

Just in time for the holidays, we now offer TWO gift card options, Tickets and Onboard. So, you can gift someone with a complete riverboats experience! 

Frequently Asked Questions

While a receipt is generated at the time of purchase, the digital Gift Card code(s) is typically sent to the purchaser’s email address 24 to 48 hours after purchase. If you purchased both a Tickets gift card and Onboard gift card, the recipient will receive two emails. 

We now offer two types of gift cards– one for Tickets and one for Onboard purchases, such as food, drinks and souvenirs!

We recommend purchasing one of each as a complete package so that the recipient’s whole river cruise experience is covered! 

Customers can redeem their Tickets gift card when booking a trip here on our website. You may also use it when booking cruise tickets over the phone or in-person. 

Onboard gift cards can be redeemed at the concession stand, bar or souvenir stand during any cruise onboard the Belle of Louisville or Mary M. Miller.

If you purchase a gift card now, you have the option to choose one that is specific for onboard use. 

If you have a gift card that was gifted prior to Nov. 6, 2023, you will require assistance from our Guest Services staff to convert the unused balance to an Onboard gift card. Please call Guest Services at (502) 574-2992, then press option 3 for the Ticket Office.

Yes, absolutely! In order to redeem an older gift certificate, please call Guest Services at (502) 574-2992, option 3, so we can assist you.
