We experienced it all, on the Belle Riverboat. There was great food, good wine, folksy music and attentive staff. The 3 of us had a great time. Highly recommended for singles, couples and families. Very fun way to spend your day visiting Louisville.

What an incredible local treasure! I remember riding the Belle as a little girl… This was a memory maker for sure.
– Shelly • Yelp
The crew is highly professional and getting drinks and snacks was fast and easy even on a fully booked cruise. The views of downtown and the bridges are spectacular. You will also see beautiful scenery and likely some towboats working the river as well. You’re not going to find another experience like this on a REAL steamboat anywhere else.

I opted for the Picnic Riverboat Cruise on the Mary Miller riverboat, and I really enjoyed it. The picnic lunch cruise included a large Club croissant, slaw, chips, brownie and a drink. A very knowledgeable crew member entertained us with the history of the river and surrounding area. I had a very relaxing, enjoyable time.

Anytime I've been on the Belle, everyone has always been enthusiastic and kind. Aside from riding on the Belle, I can't tell you how many times I've been on the Waterfront or Big Four and the Belle comes steaming by. It's always smiles and waves from all directions. It's clear that the Belle provides a certain piece of magic to our city. I know people that have lived in this city or state their entire lives and they've never been on the Belle! That's unacceptable.

My family of three were on our family summer vacay, so we decided to try out a river cruise. Everything met our expectations. The staff, music, and boat ride were all just what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend it!
– Tami • Tripadvisor
The Ohio River is a magical place, and cruising it onboard the historic Belle makes it even more so…spent some time talking with one of the 6 engineers onboard who was happy to explain how the historic paddleboat operated. The dinner, the program, and the Belle surely made for a wonderful evening in beautiful Louisville.

An absolutely awesome experience! We chartered a sunset cruise for our national conference and everything was flawless from beginning to end. Allison and her team were so helpful and patient with all our questions and requests. They coordinated the catering and provided swag - both were huge hits. The cruise was the highlight of our conference and will be hard to top! If you're considering a large gathering in Louisville - corporate getaway, wedding, whatever - this is THE venue!

Belle of Louisville
Built in 1914, the Belle is the only remaining authentic steamboat from the great American packet boat era. A National Historic Landmark and an icon of the Louisville waterfront, the Belle is the most widely traveled steamboat of her size in American history.
Mary M. Miller
Louisville’s newest addition to the waterfront, the Mary is named for America’s first female licensed steamboat captain. With as much spirit as her namesake, the Mary is a propeller driven riverboat with old fashioned charm and modern amenities.
Mayor Andrew Broaddus
You may know it as the Belle of Louisville Riverboats Ticket Office, but you probably didn’t know the Mayor Andrew Broaddus, also known as Life Saving Station #10, is also a National Historic Landmark with a history all its own.

The river is an integral part of Louisville’s history. During your cruise, you’ll see landmarks highlighting key points in the city’s 200+ years of history. Click on the icons to learn more about some of the areas you’ll see on your time aboard the Belle or Mary.
