Although the Belle does not have a dedicated lot, there are many options close by.

The  Parc Wharf lot (BLUE LOT) at 131 W. River Road is located closest to the boats and is operated by PARC (entrance by Joe’s Crab Shack). Once you have entered the lot, turn left and drive down the lot to towards the boats.

In this lot, you can prepay for parking by clicking the active link in your confirmation of reservation email . Payment can also be made day-of at the blue and yellow Pay Station along the wharf. (If you prepay for parking, there is no need to visit the Pay Station on the day of your cruise.)

Another nearby option, the Riverfront Garage is located next to the Galt House Hotel at 141 North Sixth Street.

Both boats have a concessions stand and full bar available.

Bar and concessions are now CASHLESS. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Please note that outside food and drink are not allowed on our vessels with the exception of formula/bottles for babies.

Belle of Louisville Riverboats cruises rain or shine. Each boat features covered decks and enclosed areas where guests can enjoy the cruise in any weather. Per the USCG, the Captain reserves the right to cancel a cruise at anytime due to weather and river conditions in order to maintain the safety of the passengers, crew, and/or vessel. If a cruise is cancelled before boarding time, we will notify ticketholders via email, phone call, and/or text. For more information on our cancellation policy, see below.

The Belle of Louisville has an accessibility lift to help those who unable to utilize the stairwell. The lift provides access to the Ballroom Deck only. The Texas and Hurricane decks are not accessible. On the Mary M. Miller, the first deck is completely accessible with spacious restrooms and access to the outside during the cruise. If you have any questions or would like more information, please let us know upon booking so we can ensure you have an enjoyable and safe cruise!

Yes, both boats have full bars with a broad selection of liquors, beer and wine, as well as soft drinks available for purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Outside food and drink are not allowed on our vessels with the exception of formula/bottles for babies. Food and drinks are available for purchase at our concession stand and bar.

To inquire about purchasing celebratory items to enhance your cruise experience such as cakes, cupcakes, or flowers, please contact Guest Services at 502-574-2992.  We provide, plates, napkins, spoons, a cake topper – the works!  Please note, we do not allow knives or open flames onboard. Feel free to bring a table cloth or table decorations!

Yes, and we thank all who serve. Discounts are available for active military and veterans. Identification will be required for verification. Please call the front office to receive your discount on Belle of Louisville tickets.

Strollers are allowed onboard, but the guest is responsible for carrying the stroller up or down the stairs between decks. The accessibility lift cannot be used for the transportation of strollers between decks.

Because we receive hundreds of donation requests every year and want to help as many organizations as possible, we require adherence to the following guidelines. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at [email protected]

• Requests must be mailed in on letterhead of the nonprofit organization for which you’re soliciting, explaining what you are raising funds for.

Belle of Louisville Riverboats does not make any cash donations to any organization.

All letters are reviewed and, if approved, you will be sent a sightseeing pass for two, good on the Belle of Louisville or the Mary M. Miller. Not valid on special events, cannot upgrade to a meal.

The short answer is yes.  Specifically-trained service animals are permitted.  Please be advised that staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Note – this permission aboard does not apply to ESA (Emotional Support Animals) as they are not considered service animals by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).

Belle of Louisville Riverboats is committed to providing a safe environment onboard our passenger vessels for all cruises and dockside events.

Bringing bags, other than purses and diaper bags, aboard is strongly discouraged. However, small bags, backpacks and camera cases are permitted. All bags will be inspected by security. If a guest refuses inspection of their bag, the guest and the bag will not be permitted onboard.

All persons and their belongings will be searched prior to boarding. Items not permitted onboard our vessels include but are not limited to:

• Firearms or weapons of any kind (e.g. firearms, knives, mace, pepper spray, stun guns, slingshots, concealed weapons, etc.)
• Outside food or beverage of any kind
  • Baby food, formula and milk are permitted
  • Bourbon/liquor bottles from distilleries are permitted but must be sealed
• Glass or plastic bottles, cans, coolers, containers
  • Refillable water bottles are permitted, but must be empty upon entry
• Car seats
• Wrapped gifts
  • Gift bags are permitted and will be searched
•  Illegal drugs or chemicals
• Air horns, whistles, artificial noise makers
• Aerosol cans
• Laser pens/pointers
• Drones
• Confetti
• Fireworks of any kind
• Animals, except service dogs
• Pamphlets, handouts, advertising items, etc.
• Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, hover boards, etc.
• Flags or banners of any shape or size

Anyone with an item that does not pass screening measures will be asked to either return the item to their vehicle or dispose of it before coming aboard.

Please note that smoking and vaping is prohibited onboard our vessels.
