seasonal administrative support specialist
Essential Functions
The Administrative Support Specialist works directly with The Business Operations Manager. This department includes Bookkeeping, Monthly Financials, Payroll, Human Resources and Records Management.
Examples of Work
- Assist in adding invoices/expenses into our billpay software.
- Assist in running reports to check accuracy in Invoices/Expenses entered.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding tasks in WorkDay for seasonal employees.
- Assist other departments are up to date and clear on the processes of entering their expenses.
- Performs related work as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of Google (Drive, sheets,docs), Excel, QuickBooks, Ramp and Workday, ideally.
- Performs sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or sustained keyboard operations.
